2011 Playmate of the Year Claire Sinclair Coming to Huntington Beach Retailer as Part of their “Art Night” Series

HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA (October 22, 2011, at 6:00pm)

The most recent iteration of Absolutely Fabulous Unique and Decor’s “Art Night” series is an evening celebrating pinup artist Jon Hul’s most recent project, “Movie Legends,” which includes a sketch of Elizabeth Taylor made with Sharpie on a paper towel… amazing. 2011 Playmate of the Year, Claire Sinclair, who modeled for Jon, will be joining him for this night of art, champagne, food & company. A beautiful shadow sculpture by Randy Cooper (which he kindly donated to the cause) will be auctioned off for our favorite charity, Children of the Night; 20% of the proceeds from the evening will be going to this very deserving charity.

Jon Hul is a pinup artist who’s photorealistic paintings and pencil work has earned him much recognition. He recently painted several images of 2011 Playmate of the Year, Claire Sinclair, in the “good girl” pinup style, harkening back to the Betty Paige era.

Claire Sinclair, a Los Angeles native who graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School in Long Beach, was Playboy’s Miss October 2010, and subsequently voted as Playmate of the Year, 2011. She embodies the essence of a bygone era, when pinups reigned and projected a sense of innocence. She will be signing limited-edition prints by Jon Hul that night.
