Jennifer “Ms. Redd” Affronti

This week we are proud to announce a local lady as our Pin-Up of the Week, Jennifer ” Ms. Redd” Affronti. Jennifer was born in the South on the Gulf of Mexico in Fort Walton Beach Florida.  Moved to LA during her teenage years and currently resides in Fabulous Las Vegas.  Her photos will speak for themselves, but we are thrilled to feature this bombshell with gorgeous fire-red hair, a stunning figure and a drive to continually better herself in life and in her career.  She is now moving forward into the world of burlesque!

Her Bio: I started out sneaking my father’s Playboy’s when I was a young girl. He collected them. I would always stare at the photographs, but my favorite were the paintings done by Vargas and Olivia. My inspiration came from my mother. I remember being a young girl and playing on the beach with her. She had naturally long auburn red hair, and gorgeous curves. She use to let me pick out her swimwear for the day. I just remember how men reacted to her…..how beautiful she was and still is.

In Los Angeles, I did some modeling and acting. I even started my own improv company for a while. I remember one of my acting coaches Kathy Scambiaterra yelling at me during one of my scenes in her scene study class. She told me to quit being afraid to embrace the woman inside of me. That it was okay to embrace the sexy side of me. Her words rung in my ears for the next few years….

I decided to leave LA and arrived in Las Vegas. I was blessed to be hired immediately at the Bellagio as a cocktail waitress. It was there that I decided to find my inner woman and let her roar. I was nicknamed by a girl friend of mine there as, Big Red. I am 5′ 9″ flatfooted, so wearing heels I am about 6 feet. From there, it got shortened to just Redd and I added the second d on the end, for well obvious reasons. LOL. I threw the Ms. part in to make it MS. REDD as in mis-read. Most people misread me, so it just all sort of fit together perfectly.

A few years back, I met Micheline Pitt. We were on set shooting and she put me in touch with Holly West. I shot with Holly and got the centerfold for Traditional Rod and Kulture. Micheline is a designer for PinupGirl Clothing and also put me in touch with Laura Byrnes owner of Pinup Girl Clothing. I’ve been lucky enough to shoot for them several times. Now with my Pinup Modeling underway, I always wanted to embrace burlesque. I had always been fascinated by women such as Tempest Storm, Satans Angel and of course Bettie Page. How strong they were and how they embraced their sexuality. I did one performance for Operation Bombshell for the release of Lily Burana’s book “I love a man in Uniform”. Unfortunately, my dad got sick and I couldn’t give my attention to my career. The night before my dad passed away, I was showing him some new pictures I had shot for a photo signing I was doing at Viva Las Vegas car show with Pinup Girl Clothing. He looked at me and told me how proud he was of me and all my photos and couldn’t wait to watch me perform in Vegas.

I decided that if I was really going to start performing burlesque, I wanted to know everything and do it to the best of my ability. I have gotten lucky enough to have Victoria Vengeance take me under her wing and teach me what she knows.

Also I got contacted a few months ago by Rick Willis. He was starting a tv show called Rat Rod tv. He needed a woman to host the show. Rick found me via Beth Cocuzzi of PussyCat Pinups. It premiered November 4 at 7pm Pacific time on Direct tv ch 354 or Cox cable 118 in Vegas but you can check it out online at www.rrtv.com. For more information on Rat Rod tv go to www.ratrodtv.com.

I have lots coming up on my schedule! So stay tuned. www.msredd.com!
